These were made from the 1970s to present.

These type of items were found as a premium prize as a send away or gift with purchase at stores or supermarkets. 

This is old stock from a distributor, that was never given out and is almost as new

This is a custom set and a great beginning starter collection, or just a neat set of nostalgia.

These are new and unused and stored for years.

They are in great shape, nice, near but not perfect,  again, they were novelty premiums and were never perfect..

These are for adult collectors and should NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed....

As a reference, the whistle is about 2.2" inches long.

I would think these are best for Display, as they are now adult collectors Items.
