Included is the game CD disc, original case, original instruction manual booklet, an additional red spline label, and a postcard. Nearly all of the print is in Japanese on the cover and in the manual.
This game is like new. I don't think my son ever played it because it was made for Japan only PlayStations. The disc has no blemishes. The plastic case has minimal, if any, shelf wear. The case is sturdy and protective.
