These Jacks are World Bowls regulations weight and size.
Coaching tip - the delivery (speed / weight) does not change if it is a bowl or jack. The action is the same for a given length on the day. Besides controlling mat placement and length, possession of the mat and therefore the Jack is an advantage because the player effectively has one more bowl than their opponent to make any adjustment.
