Description - Victorian look w/dimity fabric yoke, sleeves & collar. Empire style - lower section of the dress is white cotton. Short puffed sleeves. White eyelet ruffles on collar & cuffs. Ruffle on lower yoke & row of smocking. Smocking is embroidered in green & white - tiny hearts & little pink French knot rosebuds. 3 back buttons.
Size - chest 28", length 16"
Condition - 1 small split on sleeve. Also, looks as if the hem was let down once. Otherwise very good.
