The compacts have been untouched for over 51 years and are in
excellent condition. These vintage pieces were made to be shown off: use one as
a pill case or for a quick makeup touchup.

Description UPDATE- An Ebayer/Compact collector gave me new details (that I did not know)that these were originally made for "Secret of the Sea" pressed powder compacts
I have full case of these, the box is labeled by Volupte, showing "Customer" as Lehn & Fink (they purchased the Dorothy Gray company)
THE LAST PICTURE DEPICTS HOW THE SECRET OF THE SEA COMPACT WAS SOLD BY DOROTHY GRAY WITH PACKAGING AND POWDER PUFF ONLY FOR ILLUSTRATION, MY COMPACTS ARE EMPTY AND DO NO COME WITH ANY POWDER,PUFF,PURSE OR PACKAGING.
