This is a new Four Seasons heater valve.   It is an aftermarket replacement.  The part number is  74640, it replaces Mopar numbers: 3441410, 3441516, 3441561, 3441562, 3441885, 34894747  This is a  original style heater valve, not the aftermarket replacement style. 

According to Four Seasons it fits: 1971 Chrysler products with ac except automatic temperature control.

It also fits Dodge vans 1969-1971

The part number may have been later superseded to fit other models, but this is the only correct application in the original listings.
