This is a lot of Orange Free State Telegraph Stamps. This pair is 1886 surcharges 6d on 4 Shilling grey and 6d on 8 Shilling yellow. They are both Fine to Very Fine Fiscally Used Condition with cancels. The first one is listed but not priced, the second is unpriced used. Very rare and a fantastic addition to an OFS collection.
