This is a group of Orange Free State Telegraph Fiscal stamps from 1886.  They have the Overprinted TELE-GRAPH on the 1 Shilling Purple Brown, in violet and black.  It appears on the 1 Shilling Pearl Grey in violet.  They are all used, and are in Fine to Very Condition with various cancels, including the '16' Postal cancel.  These are SG T7-9, and they are valued at L48++ in the SG catalog.
