Censor Number 68, on a cover from Lugano, Switzerland to New Haven, Connecticut.  That's a rare place of origin for such a censor cover.  It was sent July 31, 1940 with the Bermuda Transit Censor.  This is part of an irreplaceable collection formed over several decades.
