Naval Censor Number 8181 Normal Type, no I.C., on a Maritime Mail cover sent to Peekskill, New York and marked with a naval tombstone censor handstamp, dated March 5, 1944.  It is also marked with a: "POST OFFICE/POST PAID/MARITIME MAIL" handstamp, which is very rare by itself.  This is part of an irreplaceable collection formed over several decades.  This cover and censor are quite rare.
