Small ladies size or possibly a larger child. Dry clean only.

My thoughts are that the vest is vintage, but I can’t confirm so I didn’t list it as vintage.

Excellent pre-owned wool condition. Small part of the tag is coming away from the garment. Thread is missing. Shown in last picture. Other than that everything looks to be in great shape. No other issues.
