This is a lot of Orange Free State Telegraph stamps.  This is from 1900 and is the 3d Ultramarine, with the V.R. in V.R.I. omitted.  It also includes a Handstamped TF.  This is an unlisted variety, but it is in fine to very fine Mint condition with Original Gum.
