This is a stamp from a group of Telegraphs from Orange Free State.  It is an unlisted variety of SG T 49, the L4 Carmine Overprint, and it is in Mint Original Gum Fine to Very Fine condition.  The interesting thing about this one is that there are stops before and after the T in AT.  It is in immaculate shape, and this is rarity.
