You don't have to be Italian to make great homemade pasta! No preservatives, chemicals or dyes and you will definitely Taste the Difference!! This pasta maker is in excellent condition just like the day it was purchased new. I only used it 2 or 3 times. It has all of the accessories and instruction/recipe manual. There are 15 pasta discs included so you can make a lot of different pasta shapes. This is a great machine if you are into making home made pasta.
