The directory was sent out to residents and businesses in Halifax in March,
while they were getting ready for ALBW in April.
This was a one time only print for March 2022!

Being a bit further away (in California), and being a HUGE Gentleman Jack fan, I made some inquiries to see if I could purchase some and have them shipped across the ocean. The publisher was genuinely confused, and apparently didn't realize what a collector's item this is for some of us. Easy to take things for granted when they're local I suppose.
For those of us here in the US who would have loved to fly to the UK for ALBW, but just didn't quite have the budget for it this year, I have been on a mission to find affordable alternatives for our fandom.

The heart cravat pin was inspired by the show
Being the obvious fan that I am, I started putting together an Anne Lister costume for Halloween.
I really thought that the hairstyle would be my biggest challenge. I was disappointed
(and surprised) to find that the heart pin was virtually non existent.
I actually did find a beautiful piece, but unfortunately (for me) it was real gold with a garnet stone. Just a bit outside of my budget. So, I designed my own for those of us looking for more affordable options.
At 2.75 inches long and .75 inches wide, the heart is actually a bit larger than from the show to better stand out. Since it's only a glass stone, expense wasn't the issue it would have been with a gemstone.
Even if you are one of the lucky ones who got to fly out for the celebrations,
this could be an affordable memory piece for your trip.
