This is a stamp from a group Telegraphs from Orange Free State.  It is SG T 47b the 10 Shilling Orange Overprint V.R.I./AT, Used and in Fine to Very Fine Condition.  It features a low stop after the V, and a very clear Army Telegraph Cancel.  In the SG Catalog, this is valued at L130.  It is in immaculate shape, and this is rarity.
