We use UPS, Royal Mail and other couriers to send out goods. Most items are shipped between Monday and Friday 8.30am – 5pm, not over the weekend or on Bank Holidays. We can ship to an alternative address if required, for example to work or a neighbour, please specify this on the Order Confirmation page. We will then arrange for UPS to come and collect the goods, or advise you of how to return them.
