This is from a rare group of Orange Free State Postal Fiscals from 1882-1890.  All of them are mint issues.  This is two shades of SG F3, the 1 Shilling Purple Brown, and they are in Mint Original Gum and Fine to Very Fine Condition.  They are valued at L54 in the SG Catalog.  An absolutely stunning find.
