1. Order of "loyalty oath" (hereinafter - the Order) - a non-governmental All-Ukrainian award with a special status, founded with the aim of becoming a society of respect for employees and veterans of law enforcement agencies, who in difficult conditions of service have proved their devotion to duty and oath to the people of Ukraine.
2. The Order was founded to honor for their courage, dedication and exemplary performance of duty.
3. Order may be awarded:
- Soldiers;
- Law enforcement officials;
- Participants of other military formations;
- Privates and managers;
- Other citizens of Ukraine;
- Citizens of other countries.
4. The Order is worn on the right side of the chest after the Ukrainian state awards, state awards of other countries and departmental incentive awards of Ukraine.
5. The motto of the Order - "Life - the fatherland, honor - to anyone."
