This is from a rare group of Orange Free State Postal Fiscals from 1882-1890.  All of them are mint issues.  This one is SG F15, the L5 Green, and it is in Mint Original Gum and Fine to Very Fine Condition.  An absolutely stunning find, not to mention a very rare one.
