This is from a rare group of Orange Free State Postal Fiscals from 1882-1890.  This is a pair of stamps.  They are SG F3, the 1 Shilling Purple Brown, and they are Used, each with a clear pen cancel.  They are also in Fine to Very Fine Condition.  A wonderful addition to an OFS collection.
