This is a remarkable lot from a group of used Orange Free State Postal Fiscals.  This is a fantastic specimen of SG F14, the L2 Red Brown.  As mentioned, it is used, and was cancelled with a wonderful pen cancel.  It's valued at L140 in the SG Catalog.  This is a must-have for a serious collection of these stamps.
