This is a remarkable lot from a group of used Orange Free State Postal Fiscals.  This is a fantastic specimen of SG F14b, the VERY RARE L4 Carmine.  As mentioned, it is used, and was cancelled with a wonderful neat circular cancel.  This is yet another anomaly, unlisted in the SG Catalog in either Mint or Used Condition.  This is a must-have for a serious collection of these stamps.
