Offered is the Romance of the Three Kingdoms by Epoch. The game is believed to be missing eight counters, which can be easily replicated. It includes:

The missing counters are believed to be 1 city marker and 7 army units for the grey player. All other colors have 18 cities, 35 armies, and 1 leader, and gray only has 17 cities, 28 armies, and 1 leader.
The cards are in good shape. Some have wear. The map is also good, with no writing on it, or torn areas. The box has moderate wear, stains, and rips, but no broken corners. The rules are good, but are in Japanese. There is an English translation available on BGG, but I do not believe the cards have been translated.
