OLD SPICE MILL .

Origin: INDIA - NEPAL - ASIA

DOES NOT WORK AS IS

Old and unique model

The tilak (also called tikka, kumkum, bindi or pottu) is a mark worn on the forehead by most Hindus.

This kind of hand-carved wooden spice mill or tikka was traditionally used to grind spices or powder for tilaka or kumkum, a mark worn by Hindus on the forehead and other parts of the body.

These spice grinders are practically impossible to find in India or Nepal. We are proud to be able to offer you even if their precarious state does not allow them to be used. As most of the time for these objects, you can use them as an original decorative object, add a piece to your collection, or restore it for a refurbishment.
