Measures approx 12" tall.  Has suction cup bottom to help it stand.  It does spin, I can send you a video through ebay messenger (It wouldn't post in photos/videos.  Does have scratches on plastic and a dent on the underside.  Has Ohio art logo on underside.  Definitely a well used well loved toy.
