Wildwood coins always have very low mintage, usually around 500 of each type, making them rather collectable and rare. Generally each year often has a brass, bronze, copper, nickel alloy, silver plate and gold plated version. The silver and gold are often limited to less than 10 each. Famous for its bingo popularity, Wildwood is an hour west of Edmonton. The coins are larger and heavier compared to most municipal trade dollars and had a two dollar face value. They typically develop a very nice patina.
