All DVDs are new and come from the factory and are fully guaranteed to play in any DVD Player Worldwide

They are bulk inventory we obtain from our wholesaler distributor

They do NOT come with DVD case inserts, or any other packaging.

Visual quality is of at least 480p (on DVD films) and 720p/1080p (on Blu-Ray films) 

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped FREE via USPS within 24 business hours Monday-Friday. 
Orders totaling $75 or more will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail FREE.

Orders placed before 11:59PM PST will ship the following business day.
US Holidays and weekends will ship the following business day.

Tracking information will be emailed automatically when your order ships.
Please allow 24 hours after item ships for tracking info to be updated from USPS.

RETURNS:

If you need to complete a return, we please ask that you contact us first to allow us to better assist you.
Your return will need to be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase. 
Returned items should be undamaged and contain all materials that was originally shipped.
Once your return is received by us, please allow 1-2 business days and a refund will be given to your original payment method.
Items that are received after 30 days, or damaged will NOT be refunded.
