Volume is in fair condition. Major defect is that the volume's spine is split throughout from the bottom to about a third of the way up. Spine has been repaired with brown tape, top to bottom and at the bottom the tape has loosened. Binding is therefore somewhat fragile. Former owner's name and address at top of front cover, and with two addresses on the title page. One page of the music has some pencil markings.
