An original 1960s blue label Fred Perry sportswear top. In a cream semi sheer polyester cotton fabric. Four buttons to the neck, small high collars and button pocket on the left chest area with the Fred Perry Logo, short wide sleeves. (Tiny bobble on the front) ( check last pic) You can barely see it.

Relaxed Fit 40” chest 20" from armpit to armpit, quite a stretchy fabric although this is unstretched measurement. Length from collar to hem is shoulder 25”, so quite short. Please check measurements before purchase for a good fit.
