This tea and All of our teas are intended for hot brewing. It should be steeped in boiling water for a minimum of 4 minutes to fully develop flavors. Longer steeping time will yield an even stronger flavor profile. Always store tea in an airtight container protected from bright light to preserve freshness

FOR HOT TEA: 
Use a Rounded Teaspoon of Tea Leaves to Each 8 oz. of Freshly Boiled Water
Allow Tea to Steep for At least 4 Minutes up to 6 Minutes To Extract Full Flavor
Milk and Sugar May Be added To Taste To Most Teas

FOR ICED TEA: 
Use 7 to 8  Heaping Teaspoons of Loose Tea for Each Quart of Iced Tea
Pour 2 Cups Boiling Water onto Tea. 
Steep 5 to 6 minutes. 
Add 2 Cups Cold Water To Serving Pitcher. 
Strain Brewed Tea into Cool Water.
Allow to Cool and Serve Over Ice
Add Sugar and/or Milk if Desired
Adjust the Amount Of Tea Brewed and Steeping Time To Your Taste
