Warranty / Return Terms & Conditions

  • 90-days warranty from date of delivery.
  • Tampering with our markings and/or labels will VOID all warranties.
  • Defective items under warranty can be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our own discretion.
  • Shipping cost is NOT REFUNDABLE and 20% restocking fee applied to ALL REQUESTED RETURNS.  If the item is defective, we will provide a replacement if it’s available.  Otherwise a refund will be issued.
  • Customer must get return approval from us THROUGH EBAY RETURN REQUEST.  Otherwise, we will refuse it when it came back to us because it is not in the system.
