This is for a covert Police Body surveillance wire system.  This is made by Spectrum Communications (CSI). Model 250.  The receiver has multiple receiver filters for wide and narrow FM modulation. This receiver has a 6-channel fixed crystal receiver. This also has a COR to turn on the recorder only when there is a signal making it great to use to monitor and record you favorite VHF police, ham or government radio frequency and record the radio traffic heard. With the COR this could be used as a repeater receiver.This is a good receiver.  The audio, from the VHF receiver is taken from the receiver's discriminator, for the lowest distortion and noise which feeds a tape recorder with the CSI name. This system works well and is usable. Shown in my hand, is the hidden covert transmitter  Comes with DC cables and Misc items.  These sold for big money. Comes with professional case and hidden body wire transmitter as shown being held in-hand. This is a crystal controlled receiver and one of the channels is mated to the hidden body wire shown in the hand. This combination cost Agency $ 7,200 when new.  I did not open up the transmitter or receiver to obtain the frequency off of the crystal.
