Actress on stage DOROTHY DENNING  in amazing colorized studio full studio portrait in sepia with parts of costume in picked out in colors. The amazing costume features a cream beaded and bedazzled body suit with red belt and flowered shoulders, a side sword , a sombrero like hat with red tassels and fringe, a huge bow of bow and arrow set as tall as Dorothy, and a see through blue green cape, with red heeled buckle shoes. The cape appears to hang behind her falling from her shoulders.  The Costume is daring for the time and wonderful.

The image is saved as a very large 6" x 9" Newsboy Cabinet card dating about 1892 New York. This series of cards consisted of studio full length portraits of vaudeville burlesque actresses costumed for the stage in sepia tones and varying levels of colorization. This card is in excellent condition for its age with some surface mars including one scrape to the cape in lower left, corner bumps. There is also a pinhole in center top.
