From Bill's Souvenirs and Novelties of Milwaukee, Wisconsin comes this interesting old Vintage ashtray (Ash Tray) Cigarette Holder, Lamp and souvenir from Washington DC.  This is an odd one!  It has a small (about 4 inch tall) miniature Beer Bottle permanently attached to the ceramic base.  The bottle has a Washington DC souvenir Supreme Court label on it (SEE CLOSEUP)  This same label is repeated on the shade 3 times.  The shade clamps/snaps onto the top of the bottle, BUT the shade does not hide a bulb!  There is no provision at all for a light of any kind!  Why the shade?  Your guess is as good as ours.  The whole thing stands about 6 inches tall and about 5 inches long.  FAST & FREE SHIPPING
