GuideDream USB Adapter is designed to control mounts with the ST-4 Auto Guidance Port during astrophotography.

GuideDream is compatible with many operating systems and does not require an additional power supply. This is a small but important part of the overall system for economically automating the telescope for long exposures in astrophotography.

GuideDreamST4 works via an ASCOM or INDI driver and can be used with the following software packages: N.I.N.A, PHD-Guide, APT, SGP, AstroArt, PRISM 8, GuideMaster, Maxim DL, IRIS, AstroSnap, ProGuider, MetaGuide and many others compatible with the ASCOM platform .


GuideDream features:

Plugs directly into your computer's USB port.

It receives power from the computer via the USB port, so no additional power supply is required.

Works with autoguiding ports that are compatible with the ST-4 standard.

Provides galvanic isolation between the mount and the computer.

Red LED indicates connection status

Two blue LEDs are used to indicate the status of the RA autoguider.

Two green LEDs are used to indicate the status of the DEC autoguider.

The GuideDream USB Adapter is compatible with all mounts that have a standard ST4 autoguider port.
