Full refund (including original S&H) only applies to defective items and it must be sent back to us in the original unused condition. All original accessories and packing materials must be included.

We process all orders within one hour of purchase. Cancellations may only occur during this time. Once in process, orders are received in our fulfillment department and cannot be cancelled.

Inventory

We are a clearinghouse of major retailers. The item will be shipped directly from our supplier. In the unlikely event that the item is sold out or on backorder, we will refund 100% of your money.

Return Policy         

All merchandise sold is brand new in the box and must be returned in the same condition. We offer a 30 Day return policy for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping.

We ship to the lower 48 continental United States.  We DO NOT ship: International, PO Box, APO, DPO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or Puerto Rico.

We Do NOT offer Local pickup or combined shipping services.

Shipping to a different address is possible, however the address must be a confirmed   address in PayPal.

Please note that we don’t receive a tracking number until the item is scanned in with our shipping carrier.  We will update your order with the your tracking number as soon as it becomes available to us.
