Pregnacare tablet
Pregnacare contains folates, which help support the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, and 18 other vitamins and minerals to supplement the nutrition of the expectant mother and baby.
Iron helps maintain normal red blood cell and hemoglobin formation, and vitamin B2 helps maintain normal iron metabolism.
Folates, along with zinc and vitamin B12, play a role in cell division.
Purified capsule of omega-3 fatty acids
Each capsule contains 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acid - DHA.
DHA helps maintain normal brain function and helps preserve normal vision*.
Omega-3 fatty acids are extracted from the purest pharmaceutical grade fish oil.

Consumption. Take one tablet and one capsule daily with or immediately after a meal. Drink a full glass of water or other soft drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not use after the expiry date. Do not use if allergic to soy. A food supplement is not a food substitute. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Store at a temperature no higher than 25 oC, in a dry place, out of the reach and sight of children.
