✔ AT TIME OF DELIVERY, take photo/video of the package, the shipping label and keep recording while unwrapping the item/s. Carefully pay attention to any possible damages and if you notice something wrong, make sure the video is showing the problem. It is not possible to make any claim and/or requests without a video evidence.

The item/s must arrive/returned to us in 21 days from the day the buyer claims to return the item/s. The item/s must be in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, unused and without any damages.
