If item is delivered in damaged container should be refused, and we are to be contacted immediately.

1. Buyer must notify the seller within (7) days of receipt of the item of any problem that may require a return or refund.

2. The item will be returned to the seller at the Buyer's expense.

If box is damaged during the shipping process do NOT package and item will be returned to the Sender. The sender would assume responsibility and need to pursue the issue with the shipping company.

3. The suspected DOA item will be tested to determine it's functionality. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage the winning bid and ALL shipping will be refunded to the Buyer.

We DO NOT cover the following conditions:

A Buyer's lack of knowledge, technical inexperience, or inability to configure, install and/or use the items purchased.

A Buyer's attempt to use the equipment purchased in a special configuration or application.
