This is a beautiful hand painted dragon eye. The colors are shades of blue with a black iris  there is sparkle and depth to this stunning eye. The back of the eye has a gear that is wire wrapped in silver toned wire.  The necklace part is hand twisted rayon in silver blue and black colors which measures 24 inches. One of a kind special piece.
