The ring has 1 little chunk out of it as shown unless thats the channel for the chrome trim pieces to go into ???   now it can be a 63 or 64 I was not sure

  All these parts are from a 40 plus yr old car, dont expect new. Used condition parts are working  unless stated differently, they may have scuffs or chips in the paint....please view pictures carefully. I will not understate a part just to get it sold, if you are not happy please let me know, but if you dont ask questions and then want to return the part then you did not do your part in the purchase of these parts.
