The Top Gun Ignition Leads and Autolite Spark Plugs in this kit is covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty period for Top Gun Ignition Leads is two years from date of purchase or 50,000km whichever occurs first. Warranty period for the Autolite spark plugs is two years from date of purchase.
Top Gun and Autolite warrants their ignition leads and spark plugs to be free from defect in material and workmanship. If the Top Gun Ignition Lead(s) or Autolite Spark plug(s) become defective within the warranty period we will send you a replacement free of charge. Consequential Warranty claims will not be covered by this voluntary warranty.
The Warranty becomes void if:
The Warranty does not apply to any product or parts that were not manufactured by Top Gun or Autolite.
This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the Autolite spark plugs.
The Warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the defective Top Gun or Autolite product only, to the maximum value of product cost. All other costs or damage associated with the defective product is not covered under this warranty.
In the event of a claim, please contact us immediately. The claimed defective item will need to be posted back to us. We will need information about the failure, vehicle details, odometer readings, mechanic details, and other information if requested by manufacturer. We will then send the suspected faulty item to the manufacturer testing facility for analysis. The outcome of the Warranty claim is decision of manufacturer.
Shipping costs and any labor costs for all warranty items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Parts that are damaged due to incorrect installation or mistreatment are not covered under warranty. Check the parts carefully on receiving them. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if part arrived to you damaged.
We recommend that all parts are installed by a qualified mechanic.
