Returns

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.

All we ask is the returns must be within 30 days of delivery and for the goods to be returned in the exact same condition that they were sent. Please include your filled in return slip with any package. Should you have mislaid this we will need you to include a note with your ebay details, reason for return and contact details in your returns package to speed your refund or exchange. If there is any intentional damage to the box including sellotape, writing or stickers we reserve the right to reject your return. Please just bag the item up, even if its a simple black plastic bag. Returns are usually processed within 24/48 hours but at peak times or seasonal holidays it may take up to 5 working days.

Faulty Items

We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs, if paid. Before returning the item to us you will need to email us a few pictures. Please send us images of the item as a whole and the specific areas of damage and we will advise you how to proceed. Please give us 7 working days to contact the supplier to arrange a replacement to be sent to you. This can at times take up to 14 days.

Exchanges

Your item may not always be available in our main warehouse and we will need to get the item from our secondary warehouse. This may take several days. If an item is not available we will contact you regarding an alternative. If your item is returned within 30 days you may request a refund.

All of our goods are checked by the manufacturer to ensure you receive a perfect product but if you have any issues we can assist. Y

We aim to post the goods within 1 working day after cleared payment has been received for items in our primary warehouse. Please note dispatch estimates, if the items are coming from a secondary warehouse we will need more time to dispatch them. We will keep you informed via e-mail when we dispatch your purchase.

All orders are dispatched to the address provided on ebay, if you would like your order to be dispatched to an alternative address, please email us in advance via eBay to let us know. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same working day on weekdays if they are in our primary warehouse, Items purchased on a weekend or bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.
