These are brand new and never used. The outer plastic packaging may have some shelf wear. Thanks! This is an adorable set and perfect for little hands. They are about 3" tall and 3" wide at the top. The package says they are BPA free. Zak products are very durable and the color and pattern last through lots of usage and washing. Although I don't have the information from the manufacturer, I would recommend keeping these out of the microwave and dishwasher just to be on the safe side.
