Using methods:
- Soak the feet for 15-30 minutes, to make the old cocoon dead skin soft.
- Once old cocoon or keratin soften, according to the thickness of the keratin, select the corresponding surface for grinding.
- It is recommended to gradually progress, not too much grinding each time, otherwise it is easy to damage the skin. (It is generally recommended to grind once every three days, or increase or decrease the frequency according to individual needs.)
- After cleaning and removing the dead skin, apply a foot cream or hand cream, put on the nursing socks, and the next day will have unexpected effects. !
Some Tips:
