Confetti filled balloons that come with free ribbon.

They come deflated.  

They come in 4 different sizes.

5" inch are a pack of 12 x latex balloons confetti filled - these can not be filled with helium as they are too small.

11" inch are a pack of 6 x latex balloons confetti filled - these can be air or helium filled

16" inch are a pack of 3 x latex balloons confetti filled - these can be air or helium filled

36" (3ft) is a pack of 1 x latex balloon that is confetti filled - this can be air or helium filled.

The helium will make them float. The air will not.

We only use a very high quality balloon.

We recommend blowing with air first with a balloon pump and then deflating and adding your helium. This allows the static to get the confetti to stick inside the balloon better.

DO NOT BLOW WITH THE MOUTH AS THIS PUTS CONDENSATION INTO THE BALLOON.

Latex balloons are biodegradable. We recommend when disposing of the latex balloons to remove the ribbon and cut the ribbon into small pieces so that it cannot get tangled on things or animals. The balloons will dissolve themselves over two years.
