THE HEADS RECEIVED A FULL VALVE JOB ON A SUNNEN VGS 20 WITH BOWL BLENDING AND UNSHROWDING AND PORTED AND POLISHED BEFORE THEY WERE FITTED WITH HIGH QUALITY DUAL HYD ROLLER VALVE SPRINGS, TITANIUM RETAINERS AND STAINESS CHROME STEM HARDENED TIP SWIRL POLISH VALVES MADE FROM SEVERE GRADE 21-4N STAINLESS. THE PISTONS THE BLOCK WAS FITTED WITH ARE JE FORGED (4.530 BORE) FORGED. THE OILING SYSTEM WAS UPGRADED WITH A SPECIAL MELLING PUMP WITH STEEL PINNED DRIVE SHAFT AND THE CAM RECEIVED A TRUE DOUBLE ROLLER CLOYES TIMING SET. THE CAMSHAFT IS A CROWER HYDRAULIC ROLLER WITH GENTLE LOBES .520 /.520 LIFT.
