How to use HIBISCUS DRIED FLOWERS, (Cold brew Jamaica/ hibiscus iced tea)

1-2 dried Hibiscus flowers, 

1 cinnamon stick, 

4 cups cold water, 

2 tablespoon to 1/4 to cup simple syrup, 

Lime wedges (optional) 

Place the Hibiscus and cinnamon stick in a large jar or bowl. Add water. Cover and refrigerate overnight (8 to 12 hrs.). Add simple syrup to taste. Strain out the solid and serve over ice with a squeeze of lime, if desired.

HIBISCUS JELLY,

Bring to boil 3 cup of distilled water 

Infuse with 4 tbsp. of chopped dried Hibiscus flowers 

Let this infusion tape for 20 minutes then strain 

Combined together two cups of Hibiscus infusion 

1 / 4 cups of fresh lemon juice 

Four cups of sugar 

Bring this to a full boil steering non-stop 

1 packet of liquid pectin (3ozs) 

Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat 

Fill sterile jars and seal.
