1908 H.H. TAMMEN  Denver, Colorado  Chief Eagle Feather POSTCARD ALBUM with deerskin leather covers in un-used condition. This has been stored away in a cedar chest for generations and the hand painted cover is in remarkable condition for its age. The colors are still vivid and the workmanship is superb. The leather cover is a single piece of deerskin and the album contains 14 unused pages with a thread divider. It measures 9 7/8" X 7 1/4" and is stamped inside the front cover Copyright 1908 By H.H. TAMMEN, DENVER.  Near the top of the cover is written in pencil Your Youngest Boy.  This will make a terrific photo album for anyone's collection of  early Colorado postcards. This is very hard to place a value on this particular item as there are no other examples we've been able to locate in our search.  As always at Fall Creek Collection, please feel free to contact us with any assistance, question or concern.....thanks
